CE is headquartered in Oakland, California and has been providing high quality and cost-effective services throughout Alameda County and the greater San Francisco Bay under the same leadership since 1991.  CE is a California Licensed General Contractor with A, C-16, and HAZ classifications.  We are  a small, local business enterprise as certified by the Port of Oakland and City of Oakland.  CE is a Minority Business Enterprise as certified by the Supplier Clearinghouse (CPUC Utility Supplier Diversity Program) and a Small Business Enterprise as certified by the State of California

CE has worked on the successful completion of many environmental, industrial, civil engineering and construction projects within the western United States, all of these projects have resulted in complete attainment of the project goals and objectives as well as satisfied clients.

 

CE applies active project management throughout the development and execution of every project – from conceit through completion – always seeking process improvement and value added benefits. When and if unexpected challenges occur during execution, CE addresses the concerns in full collaboration with all involved parties seeking to resolve all issues expeditiously using the fair dealing and reasonable outcomes process i.e. a fair resolution acceptable and agreeable to all parties.
